Is it possible to keep opened files from going up under the top Application and Options bars?

Tab will turn the panels off and command + 0 will also move the window from under the options bar.

this disturbs me too, that the window will not auto move when i press tab to bring panels back :\

Yes, not too cool. You have to press Tab, move the image, press tab again and reposition it. [Incidentally, older versions do this too, it’s not new to CS4.]

Or just hit Command+0 (that’s a zero).
