How do I make The Hints palette and The How To palette show up when I lunch elements2, They used to show up before.

Use: Window/Hints

then in Hints palette choose "close to palette well", so when you close it, it goes there to be available.

Do same with How To.

When "close to palette well" gets unchecked, those items disappear when you close them.
