Help Font Size and Tools Size

In Photoshope Element 2.0 is there a way to increase the font size in the "Hints" and "How to" help section. In addition, is there a way to increase the Tools icon size and the text size.

No, there isn’t a way to selectively increase the font size. You could change your monitor to a lower resolution, but that creates a different set of problems. 🙁 Sorry.
