Hi!

I purchased PE2 from Adobe and downloaded it. I burned the zip file to a CD right away of course. I bought a new machine and I went to install it and the zip file is corrupt. I realize now that I should have burned the contents of the zip file rather than the zip file itself.

I can’t seem to locate any information on this site about re-downloading the product.

Has this happened to anyone else? What are my options?

Contact Adobe (800-833-6687) and they will reset your download so that you can download it again. Have your serial number if you didn’t find it on "My Account" on Adobe’s Website.
