Then I print and I set my "Color handling" to Photoshop manages colors, i get an very green print on paper, I have set my Printer profile to "Adobe RGB 1998" – there can I find en printer profile there match my HP officejet 7130 and how can I "Install" it ?

It sounds like you may have double color managed your print.
1.First you should find a HP profile that matches the paper you will be
printing to ( try HP’s web site, if you are using HP paper they should have profiles available for it). Right click on the profile and select install profile.
2. Color Handling -Set Photoshop Manages colors > Printer Profile -Select the Printer profile you installed in step 1
3. Go into Page setup and turn off any color management that the printer driver is trying to apply. ( this could be somewhat hidden depending on the driver.)
4. Print
Hopefully this will take care of your green issue.
