When I try to use the patch tool to cover a blemish, the area covered is transparently covered and the blemish is still slightly visible.
The "transparent" box is unchecked.
I reset the tool, reset all tools, removed the prefs file using ctl, alt, shift and also manually.
This is a single layer jpg file.
