Photodelux Compatibility with Windows 2000

I’m ready to upgrade to a new laptop computer with Windows 2000 Pro. I use Photodeluxe Home Edition 4.0 which 1.) I like and 2.) I have a huge number of files in that configuration. I currently am on XP Home. Does anyone know if my Photodeluxe HE v4.0 is compatible with Windows 2000 Pro?
