I know you can flip vertical and horizontal but how about skew one.

No, you can’t. But you really mean rotate, and people have been requesting more Illustrator-like guidelines features for several versions now. We’ve been told it would be very difficult to implement.

And just FYI, there’s a significant difference between rotate and skew, and it can be important to know the difference for some matters.

Phos thanks for the quick response. That would be a very nice feature maybe we will see it in Photoshop 15..

You can skew, rotate and scale a picture all together using select all + free transform (Ctrl+T).
