is anyone able to make the following high resolution enough to put on a tshirt, at leat 6 inches in length and width. if it is not possible please let me know and i will have to find a new phot to put on a t shirt. i am not very proficient using photoshop

was hoping to make a t shirt with this image on the back. it is for digital printing and they are telling me it is not high resolution enough. if it is not, will it come out really bad?
only have 2 days to adjust before they print without it. if not can a photoshop expert recreate this picture for me in high res? i would be gratful forever. thank you. you can reach me at
