Problems with CS3 Beta

I keep getting this dialog box that pops up, and I can no longer use CS3. I’m running Vista OS and wondering if that may have something to do with it. Everything was just fine up until recently. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it a few times. No go. Thoughts?
