Color Profile Selector error message when starting Elements 2

I am receiving an error message upon starting Photoshop element 2.0 which (in part) says: ??0psCViewmemstream…could not be located in the dynamic link library psdkdll.dll

after clicking "OK" the program proceeds to load and appears to run normally. I’ve re-installed the program but the message does not go away.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Indicates this DLL is part of a Canon package of some sort. You might want to reinstall this package.
