I should imagine that anyone who has spent a lot of money on software like Photoshop, then spent hours calibrating monitors and printers to get the very best result they can, is probably not going to be too pleased at your program changing everything.
If this HAS to be done then at least make it optional so the user can choose for themselves if they want these changes, and display a clear warning of what is about to happen.
What is it you are installing that requires these changes? —
