Postcards

Hi,

I’m working at digital images for an actor group and they’d like to publish postcards. I know the format of postcards, but it needs many time to convert any photo into the needed format. Do exist in photoshop a function that can change a digital image automatically to another seize without distortions and unwanted cuttings? Or does exist a program that can manage this in a good way?
