Saving new Layouts in Automate picture packages

When I make new picture package layouts Photoshop CS2 says I do not have permission to save to that directory and gives me the option of saving to a different directory. I do this but see no way to access the new layouts at a later date. I use Win XP pro and am the sole user of this machine. Any suggestions. <br>
