VRS and Long Page Scanning

We recently installed a Kofax VRS program to be used with our Fujitsu M4097D scanner. We were able to scan long pages in photoshop before the installation. The version of VRS that we bought has long page capabilities in other programs but the scanner options box that pops up in Photoshop now does not give us the option to scan long pages. Is it possible to scan long pages in Photoshop with VRS technology installed? Who do we contact to make this possible? Are there any like programs available that make this possible?
