Hi there
I’m am trying to make an image like this:

The author say’s:
I’m using the new Photoshop CS2 feature, It called warp, you can transform, skew, distort the object as you like,
U can use it by chosing the warp from transform options (CTRL+T). By using the transform warp, I trace the picture that I’ve prepared before.
But i can’t figure it out. Can someone point me in the right direction ?
