hi!

spacebar-drag for moving my selection with the marquee tool is not working. any suggestions how to resove this.

What video card are you running? [You need a video card that supports Open GL and Shader Model 3.] What version of the OS? Machine specs?

Here my specs …

MacBook Pro (MacBookPro3,1)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo (2.4 GHz)
GPU: GeForce 8600M GT (VAM 256MB)
OS: Mac OS X 10.5.5 (9F33)

Works without a hitch here. Remember that it only works when you start dragging the marquee (not after you’ve released the mouse button, because then you can just drag it without keeping the spacebar down).
