I created an automate batch script on one computer and would like to copy it to another computer but for the life of me I can’t find it. The ‘set’ is "Reduce" and the ‘action’ is "Reduce for Web". I’ve searched my computer for "reduce" but it doesn’t come up with a file that I could copy.

Also is there any really good book for beginners? It takes me so long to accomplish anything in Photoshop and I would really like to use it more.

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

you need to save it out via the flyout menu (small arrow in the upper right corner) in the action palette and "Save Action" otherwise it’s just saved to the default set.
