Hi all,

Upgraded to CS2 at work from PS7.

This is how I viewed images in PS7

This is now CS2
<http://img120.imageshack.us/img120/386/untitled2hy2.jpg>

How may I remove the scrollbars and the zoom percentage and view the image as before?
I prefer the neater view and as my workspace is small due to monitor size, I need every pixel I can get.

TIA.

This has been asked a dozen times and the answer is you can’t.

The workaround is to tap the F-key but that’s no solution as far as I’m concerned.

I googled furiously before asking, always do.
Couldn’t find anything – should have checked Google groups I suppose. Thanks for the reply anyway – I agree – F key is no real workaround.

Is there no Resize Windows To Fit check box on the Options Bar with the Zoom tool in CS2?

Actually, I find that F key workaround to be a superior way to work. I love it.

Not that I can find, Ed. Or any of my colleagues for that matter. As john says, it appears this just isn’t do-able.

The process I need to use for work needs me to have more than one image open at a time – F workaround won’t allow for that.

I don’t believe it.

Select the Zoom Tool (Magnifying Glass). It should be on the left hand side of the Options Bar.

That doesn’t get rid of the junk round the image, which is what Alan was after as I understood it.

John’s right.
That doesn’t do what I need it to do.
Thanks anyway.

Are you sure? It does in previous versions. I don’t have CS2.

Of course I’m sure.
I do have CS2 and it doesn’t do what I want it too.
