I have a CD with pictures that are saved .eps. I am trying to open them in Photoshop Elements 2.0 and I get a parse module message. I am using Windows XP. Is it possible to open these picture files? Thank you for your help.

Hmmm, PSE2 should be able to handle encapsulated postscript files.

Have you any idea what software was used to create the files? Unfortunately not all eps files are equal.

Often, word processors or presentation software can be used to open .eps files. Unfortunately I’m on a Mac, so I don’t have access to the software you might use, although, you may want to try Irfanview. A fabulous piece of freeware for the MS-Windows platform. ( <http://www.irfanview.com> )

G’luck!
