Saving eps file in earlier Photoshop version

I have Photoshop CS2. I need to save a file in an earlier version (Version 10) so the person I am sending the file to can open it.

If anyone knows how to save the eps file in Version 10, please give me directions on how to do this.

Why do they need it as EPS? Just save it as PSD and send it.

What a minute. The current version of Photoshop is 9.0.2. Are you referring to Illustrator 10?
