Yes, but after waiting a certain amount of time you can download the trial again. After.. 30 days, I think.

You can never use it again on a drive where it had once resided, unless you are willing to totally erase the hard drive.

Why would anyone pay for Photoshop if they could just keep downloading and using the trial version.
