Change logo to PMS

I have a logo in eps format. The printer I’m working with needs me to change it to PMS. I know that the RGB values are 18,102,52. How do I change it to PMS?

Use the original application used to make the (assumed) vector logo. Photoshop is not the tool. Try Illustrator.
