Hi

I do this:

1.. CTRL + left click on a layer to select contents in that layer
2.. Menu->Select->Modify->Expand with 6 pixels
3.. Select another layer and press Delete key. The contents are erased, however it uses antialias. Is there a way to disable this??

You can go in Quickmask mode, and play with levels to reduce/eliminate the feathering of the selection
