I have scanned an old black and white picture on 75dpi.
In the original (a portrait of a man with specs) the man’s eyes are clearly visible behind his glassed, but as soon as I open the scanned picture in PE, the eyes seem to have been blackened out.
I tried the burn-tool, but don’t seem to get any effect at all.
The picture is intended for the Web, but I would still like to see eye to eye! Can someone give me a hints as to what to do?
Thanks!
