I still use my trusty ol’ PS 5.5 and now I’ve bought Premiere Elements3. I’d like to make templates for PrEl, and I know such functionality is not expressly given in PS 5.5. But I was wondering, is there a way I can simulate the proper format with my older Photoshop program? E.g., if DVD templates are just specifically written layers perhaps I could fashion one? Or am I just out of luck and have to do without or just bite the bullet and get PhEl?
