Well, if you defined what the "clear" problem is specifically, someone might be able to help.

I’ve seen no diff between Elements 1 and 2 (and/or between full Photoshop either).

You probably just have the resolution set too low for a decent print. Check the resolution and make sure it isn’t 72. For a good print you should shoot for something in the 200 to 300 range.

If you used picture package to make the print, that definitely defaults to 72 and you’ll need to explicitly set that higher in the picture package dialog.

If you change the resolution via the resize image command, be sure to uncheck the resample box first.

Elements 2 will make quality prints just like Elements 1.
