I am having problems with a client.

The client designed some artwork using a Gill sans regular font. Yet when we reproduced and printed the artwork the font looked very different. The artwork used the version of gill sans regular we had installed.

Is it possible to get different versions of a font like gill sans regular that look slightly different.

I then asked the client to provide the same version of the font he had used in the art work. We ran the job again and got an exact match.

I think I prooved the point the the client still insists that all gill sans regular fonts are the same.

Does any one know if for example an MT version differs slightly to a non Mt version or if there are any other variables that could produce a different print

Please help.

thanks

Nick
