I created an action to resize and save my jpeg images. When it gets to the save screen, I have to hit the save button. I want to start the action, walk away and have a bunch of saved resized images in the new folder I created. How do I get the file to save and close w/o prompting me. Thanks in advance.

Even better: instead of that action, you can use the "Image Processor" under File>Scripts. You can resize, save as a jpg, AND run an action, and you’ll never be bugged for the save command. Just make sure your action doesn’t have any open or save commands in it.

And if the resize in the IP doesn’t do it for you (not quite as full featured as the regular Image Size), just take your action and strip the save out of it, and then use the IP to run it and save your images.

MUCH more stable than using ‘override action save command,’ which, in my opinion, is a strange, spotty, evil little command that doesn’t always work with jpgs.
