lost tool bar

I have lost all the tools on the tool bar, I have only the leaf which takes me to Adobe. I have reinstalled cs2 mac os10.4.8 and the same thing happends. I cant do any work now , how do I reset everything in cs2 for a mac.

You wouldn’t by any stretch of the imagination have moved the Photoshop icon from its folder, would you?

If you haven’t moved it, then try resetting Photoshop’s preferences:

No need to reset anything. Toolbox is windowshaded. Double-click on the bar above the feather and it will appear Many of Photoshop’s palettes can do this.

Or maybe you’re in Full Screen mode? Hit the F-key once or twice.

By the way, that’s a feather, not a leaf.

If you double click on the small thin bar at the top of the tool palette it will colapse it just leaving the feather, repeating will bring it back.
