can you please teach how to copy a picture at the same time which are not on the same layer thanks

Not quite getting what you’re asking. Maybe Edit>Copy Merged?

When you copy (part of) an image and past it to the same canvas, it creates a new layer automatically.

its like this a head is on layer 1 then the body is on layer 2 how can i copy both pics at the same time? cause i can only copy pic at a time

Merge the two layers by switching off all but the two in question (by clicking the "eye" icons), then going LAYER>MERGE_VISIBLE
