Switching Library to a New Computer

I bought a new computer and upgraded PS to PS 5.0. How do I transfer my old library, which is for the most part backed up on disks, to the new computer so it retains all tags?

Upgraded to 5.0? I’m going to assume you’re referring to Elements in which case you should post in that forum.
