Graphics vs. Photos-Best Program

I am wondering if I am using the best program for what I am most interested in. I work mostly with graphics for brochures and flyers etc. Is Phtoshop Elements my best Program, or should I be using something else? Thanks for your input. Catherine

It (and full Photoshop) are certainly the best tools for the graphics production part.

But of course, they are NOT the best tools for designing/laying out the actual brochure itself.
