Photoshop Elements 2.0 Browser

I’m teaching a class on Elements at an adult education center that has twenty computers. On only one of the computers the Browser doesn’t work. It doesn’t appear at all regardless of how you launch it – menu, short cut or palette. Anybody got any ideas?
