Loading Photoshop problem

Dear all

I wonder if you can help me…whenever I load Photoshop cs2, it goes through the usual loading prefences until it gets to …’Reading Global Text resources’ at this point it freezes….can anyone tell me, if there is a way to get round this?

Haver you tried resetting the preferences? (see the FAQ for how)

thanks…managed to delete the preferences file and it opens ok now…
