Hello! I want to change a photo to grayscale but leave some areas in color (i.e. i’ve got a photo that has flowers all around and i want the photo to be b&w but i want the flowers to stay the original color). I think i’ve done this before or seen it somewhere but cannot remember.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Make an Adjustment Layer. Channel Mixer with Monochrome checked or Hue and Saturation. Mask off the part you want to remain in color.
