integrating "extras folder" with photoshop program

I have "Creative Suite 2.3" How do I integrate all the extras for photoshop with the actual program., including plug-ins texture files, etc.? I have no idea what to do with these files. Help please!

I have read the read me files but I can’t seem to find out how to integrate the textures or backgrounds. I also have a group of effects in my preset folder that I am unable to access. How frustrating. Hope someone out there can help me.

well look at the Photoshop folder you’ve got presets and plugins just copy the stuff you want to use into the appropriate folder.
