I use Photoshop every day and the adjust layers slide constantly. All of a sudden clicking on the adjust layers option is switching me into the eyedropper tool and trapping me there. I have to click Command-Shift-Esc to escape. Did I inadvertantly hit some weird key combination? Is Photoshop corrupted? Help! I have a bunch of pictures I need to adjust!

You probably will need to trash your Preferences.

Stupid me! I had tried rebooting but NOT trashing the preferences. That worked. Thanks!

"All of a sudden" and trashing preferences always go together.
