use photo shop before but I’m a little rusty and plus I never learn how to making photo images into a cartoon or drawing so I’m open any to help I can find.!!!! please help !!!!!

There are lots of way of achieving this.

Do you mean a simple line drawing effect, or something like these: <http://www.prettyugly.me.uk> ?

Hi there JoeySosa

You can either do it by hand or use a plugin that is designed to do so. (but like chrisjbirchall mentioned, there are lots of way of achieving this)

1.
A quick way of achieving this,
If you want to have the drawing in black and white, use desaturate (image – image adjustment – desaturate)and then open the filter gallery and apply the ‘poster edges’ filter found in the artistic folder.
Just play around with the sliders until you get the result you like best.

2.
Use the Sketch master plugin from A company called Redfield. US$39.90 but worth every penny if your planning to do some serious sketching 😉
