When I try to open my old PDD files saved by PhotoDelux using my new Photoshop CS2, Error message – "Could not complete your request because of a program error" pops up, and the CS2 Windows has to be closed. I can open the same PDD files with ImageReady without a problem. After opening the PDD files using ImageReady, I tried "Edit in Photoshop". But I get the same error message on a new CS2 window. I can look at "Thumbprints" of the DPP files on Abode Bridge. My PC is DELL XPS 400 equipped with Pentium D 820 with Dual Core and Windows XP Media Center Edition. I have tried to solve the error problem by all means since February, 2006 when I acquired the CS2 software, but I failed all the times. I am desparate to re-edit my old PDD files(hundreds of hundreds files) with CS2. I had no problems to open the PDD files with Photoshop 7. Why do I get the file opening problem with CS2? S.Hahn
