I have a CMYK image. In the levels dialogue I have the White Point Eye Dropper set to 5,3,3,0. When I click on a highlight area in the image that has a value of 0,0,0,0 it gets set to 6,6,6,0, rather than 5,3,3,0 which the tool is set to. The same thing happens if I apply auto levels. Can anyone explain why different values are being applied and how to rectify it?
thanks,
Jim
