When I save a JPEG out of PS it no longer has all the EXIF data. Here is an example. The first listing is the EXIF data from the virgin file. The second listing is the EXIF data after the same file is saved in PS. No other changes were made, simply a save.

The virgin list contains 64 entries.
The list after PS save contains only 39 entries.
