I am trying to save some images to .jpg format, but there’s no option for that in the File>SAve As window. The choices that I’m offerred are:

Photoshop PSD or PDD
Cineon
JPEG 2000
Photoshop PDF
Photoshop RAW
PNG
TIFF

Is there something that I have to do to make .jpg available as one of the options?

Confused in NJ!

Convert to 8 bit.

You could also use Save for Web without converting to 8-bit if the file’s not too large … I believe there’s a limit to how large a file you can use, however, it’s pretty big.
