Hello All,

Can anyone give me the steps to set type that has the look it was created with a rubber stamp, or is distressed? I’m running Photoshop CS2 on a G-5.

Thanks!

Google is your bestest friend for tutorial questions. There are literally thousands of sites which carry them.

The following search string comes up with tons of them:

photoshop tutorial grunge rubber stamp type < http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&lr=&s afe=off&as_qdr=all&q=photoshop+tutorial+grunge+rubbe r+stamp+type&btnG=Search>

There are at least two actions over at the Adobe Studio Exchange that claim to do that.

Be patient; the pages at the Adobe Studio Exchange load extremely slowly since the Cold Fusion zombies wrecked the site.

Also, disregard the fact that the download buttons only say "Windows". The morons don’t know that actions are platform agnostic.

I am amazed that you were able to find those Links in the atrocious turgid mess that the ColdFusion fools have made of the once-wonderful Adobe Studio Exchange.

Actually so am I. I just didn’t want to send the OP on a wild chase, so I checked the links myself first.

It is utterly unbelievable how bad ColdFusion is and how inept the ColdFusion team is.

I would not be surprised if Adobe takes a hefty tax write-off on this unfortunate purchase.

A quick Google on "ColdFusion slow" will show you that there is indeed a major problem with this software and the word "Lemon" is entirely appropriate!
