Hi,

Why is there still no high quality zoom option in CS2? I mean at zoom 66% etc, its not as good as 50% or 25% ratios, while free image viewer even have high sampled zoom.

Photoshop is an image editing application, not an image viewer.

If it were to "mess with the pixels" of the screen representation just to make it look good at odd degrees of magnification, you would end up editing "invented" pixels. Not a good idea!

For best results, always assess your image at (ideally) 100%, especially when assessing sharpening etc.

50% and 25% give a reasonable representation of the image too.
