I’m trying to do a circular ripple effect … the sort of effect that happens when a drop of water hits the surface of a pond.

Help I seem to be going round in circles trying to do it 🙂

check in the filters…distort >zig zag 🙂

I should have added…use the ellip marquee selection tool and make the selection you want first before applying the filter..
