In Photoshop CS, the document windows remained "Stuck" to the App window. So when I moved PS, the documents go with it. Now with CS2, the docs don’t move. When I move the PS App window from one monitor to the next, I have to move the docs as well.

Have I missed a setting somewhere?

If you really need to move the open images along with the PS window from one monitor to another, simply minimizing them will anchor then to the main window.

Of course this is only advisable if both monitors are colour-managed (which is not usually the case)

Personally, I have the PS window "rolled up" on my secondary monitor along with the tools and pallets. The images are opened on the main, colour profiled, monitor where they can be viewed clutter-free on the full screen.
