Or thereabouts
second quarter of 2007. which could be as early as April or as late as June. Those who know can’t say. those who say don’t know.
Those who do know – sometimes don’t know.
And that is probably the closest to the truth that you will get on this subject?!
Pretty much. Even the engineers at times don’t know – due to many factors.
Hmm….a new Photoshop and new OS at the same time. Can’t wait. 😉
Just like CS and Panther and CS2 and Tiger

What industry event takes place in Q2 2007? Most companies time big releases to expos or conferences. NAB? Seybold? SIGGRAPH?
The Think Secret piece was posted on 8th March; and Bruce Chizen (CEO Adobe) has since stated publicly: "Second quarter, 2007". But note MO’s comment earlier in this thread!
The next version will be out March 12, 2007 at 12:01AM. It’s a stab, but a chance in 4236^14 that I’m right.
Vista could perhaps throw a fly in the ointment: it has just been announced that Vista’s availability in Europe "may be delayed." Again. How long is it since M$S has been trying to get their baby to walk? Longhorn/Vista was first mentioned around the same time that the original OSX 10.0 shipped wasn’t it?
XP Pro will be around until they get it right. That will be longer than most of us can think. Then there will be a new Windows version. Version X. That will be tied up in a lawsuit with Apple for another XXXL years… Swami sees all…
XP Residential Trailer Park version should be out in the not too distant future.
lol XP semi professional should be out 6.5.05 um…..
And XP Council Estate for the UK market as the Trailer Park Version won’t work here.! Mind you you don’t get to pay an annual upgrade tax like with a Mac.
