Installing Photoshop Elements 2

I have been using Photoshop Elements and want to switch to PE2. Do I need to uninstall PE? Will PE2 install any plugins or projects that I have on PE?

No, you can install PSE 2 without removing PSE 1. I have both still installed on one of my computers without a problem. I’ve even run them at the same time, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend that!
