There`s a particular plugin that I had ages ago in an older copy of photoshop that I used to use and would like to use again. I believe it`s called "cutout" and it would add an effect to a photo so that it looked like it was made up of cut out pieces of coloured paper (Very much like if the image was made of simple vectors).
Does anyone know where I can get the plugin now?
